I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday season. To my Jewish friends, I wish a Happy Hanukkah. If you aren’t a person of faith, don’t be offended. This is just my opportunity to share my faith. For me, Christmas is a season of love. A time to remember that God loved us so much that He sent His Son Jesus to be born so that He could ultimately redeem a sinful world through the ultimate sacrifice of his life. What an incredible gift and sacrifice! Hard to imagine, but if your a parent, you can start to fathom that kind of love. Jesus’ purpose was to fulfill God’s plan and share with all of us an example of how to live our lives. Christmas is a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
Christmas is a season of hope. Without the hope of eternal life, and the promises of God, life to me would be pretty hopeless. The really cool thing about this is we can all have that hope by simply believing in Jesus and accepting Him as our Lord and Savior.
Christmas is a season of giving. God set the ultimate example of giving. Christmas is a time we give to others. It’s not about the presents we receive, but the presents we give. It’s not about Santa, but about Christ.
Christmas is a season of gratitude. It’s a time to be grateful for the greatest gift ever given and to be grateful for all the blessings we enjoy. It’s a time to be thankful for family and friends and all the people who share their life with you.
I wish you all love and peace, and a very MERRY CHRISTMAS. Thank you all for being a part of my life.
Have an awesome blessed Christmas.
