Another tool for managing your attitude is through visualization. There have been numerous studies that show that peak performers and high achievers use affirmations and visualizations either consciously or subconsciously to enhance and focus their skills. This includes great athletes, surgeons, engineers, architects, and artists. Nelson Mandela wrote extensively on how visualization helped him maintain a positive attitude while being imprisoned for 27 years. In his autobiography, he wrote “I thought continually of the day when I would walk free. I fantasized about what I would do.” Visualization works to help us manage our attitude.
The power of visualization is not only important to managing your attitude, but it is crucial in developing the picture of where we want to go. If we take the time to visualize and create a crystal clear picture of what we want, chances are success are very good. Our subconscious will figure out a way to get us there. The Law of Attraction states that we get what we focus on. So invest time visualizing and fantasizing what you want your future to look like and you’ll be surprised at how much easier it is to deal with everyday challenges and managing a positive attitude.
Have a magnificent day and live with passion.
