Manage Attitude Through Positive Internal Dialouge

One the most powerful ways we can manage our attitude is to override all the negative programming  by replacing it with a conscious, positive internal voice. Most of us have had a certain amount of negative reinforcement from the time we were little. We all have that little voice that tries to keep us in our comfort zone and usually it will try and talk us out of opportunity. It will get us to think and maybe believe that we don’t deserve it, it’s too hard, I don’t have time, I don’t have the money, or it just won’t work. The little voice will take away our dreams and not allow us to grow if we let it.

On the other hand, we can reprogram to purposefully get out of our comfort zone and replace the negative little voice with the positive internal voice. Our internal conversation, that little voice we hear all day long, will program our brain and ultimately affects our behavior. It’s really important in managing our attitude that we take a closer look at what we are saying to ourselves all day long.

I’m amazed at how many people let the negative little voice govern their success or lack of it. I’m also amazed at how many people give up so easily without really trying. It doesn’t matter what aspect of  life we are trying to improve on. It might be our relationships, our health and fitness, or our financial independence. When we learn to master the little voice, we will manage our attitude for success.
