Manage Attitude Through Affirmations

“It’s the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen.” —Muhammad Ali

Affirmations repeated many times each day will help to reprogram our subconscious with positive thinking. An affirmation or incantation is simply a statement or phrase that if done right will send a positive response to your subconscious, which will accept whatever we tell it. If done properly and done consistently, we will train our brains to respond positively to anything that happens.

It doesn’t matter whether it’s a no in your business or a bad shot on the golf course. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a health challenge or a failing relationship. Success will come to anyone that can manage their attitude and response to anything that happens to them in life. Affirmations need to be charges with conviction and faith. They need to written as if they have already happened. For example, “I am always confident and optimistic, optimistic about my current reality, optimistic about my future,” “I am filled with abundant energy,” “My body and mind are getting better and healthier,” “I earn a massive passive income,” or “I am financially free,” and “I work because I choose to, not because I have to.”

If we recite these affirmations to ourselves numerous times every day, not only will we be able to better manage our attitudes, but these affirmations will drive action. Action will produce results. Set a goal to develop some positive affirmations for what you want to accomplish and then say them many times over during the course of the day.

Have an awesome day.
