Daily Practices For Attitude Manangement

Following is a list of daily practices you can implement to help with proper attitude management:

1.   Develop a crystal clear vision, live with purpose and passion, and make promises to yourself with deadlines.

2.   Devote time to your family and friends and work on relationships.

3.   Be grateful, list your blessings, and give thanks for everything.

4.   Create a positive greeting that’s encouraging and infectious for those around you.

5.   Get proper rest and exercise, and start eating healthier.

6.   Watch your words. Practice speaking positive, encouraging words to others.

7.   Don’t sweat the small stuff. 90% of our worries never happen.

8.   Be careful what you watch, hear, read, or say.

9.   Do something for someone else less fortunate. Service above self is rewarding.

10. Feed you mind and spirit everyday. Read and listen to inspirational books and CD’s and pray.

11. Recall and reflect on your successes and focus on your victories.
